Patient Care
Advocacy: An important Employer/Employee benefit which helps the

Flex Convenience
Card (FSA Debit Card): Allows Employees to pay pre-tax for

program saves employers on their Corp. Payroll tax.

Benefit: Provides 24/7 access to fraud resolution counselors who
will assist employee/member in contacting creditors and
agencies in recovering their identity when ID Theft occurs.
Program can also include psychological counseling to members
when the stress and the magnitude of the situation warrant it.
Program provides many other services to help employee/member be
more productive while the ID Theft Program handles most of the

Eldercare and
Geriatric Care Coordination: One of the fastest rising
productivity issues facing employers. Provides care
coordination, geriatric care management and discounts on home
health, assisted living, and nursing home facilities. This stand
alone benefit is ideal for employees/members who cannot afford
long term care insurance, have been declined, or want to provide
a supplement to an existing policy. Employees/members can
purchase for themselves or family members (parents, in-laws,
